im going to brighton and london this weekend - what do i absolutely NEED to see/do?
Borough market! Best food stalls in the city, then walk from London bridge to Liverpool street to look at the stunning architecture. Make sure you go past st. Paul’s and stop at the Barbican centre for a coffee next to the lakeside terrace.
Once you get to Liverpool street brick lane is only a 5 minute walk away. Check out cafe 1001 for good vibes and BBQ.

Wilton’s music hall near tower bridge
The terrace at somerset house
Crate in hackney wick
Gypsy Moth next to the Cutty Sark (bit out the way but a lovely part of the city)
